All orders are processed for shipment only after payment is successfully verified.
Business Days & Holidays
Our fulfillment team operates from Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on the following holidays:

- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure timely processing, please note our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (PST). Any orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure your package arrives safely.
To estimate your delivery date, please combine the handling time (the time it takes us to prepare your order) with the transit time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it).

3. Shipping Limitations
We currently only ship within the Continental United States.
We DO NOT ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses
- International destinations
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling before this email is sent.
It may take 3-7 days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after you receive the confirmation email. If your tracking number does not show any updates after this period, please do not worry. This is a normal part of the process.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Freezumashop is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address Issues
If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Package Forwarding
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you arrange for a carrier to forward or redirect your shipment after it has left our facility.
6. Special Orders & Customization
If you place an order for a personalized or custom item, please allow for additional processing time. The time required depends on the complexity of the customization. We will communicate any significant extensions beyond our standard handling time.
